Welcome to our upgraded vacation home at Regal Palms Resort & Spa! Our privately
owned 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath Florida vacation townhouse is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa at
Highlands Reserve in Davenport, Florida. Our Florida vacation home is the largest sized end unit
at Regal Palms Resort & Spa with a living space of 1,856 sq. ft. Perfect for any size family or group---
up to 10 people. It sleeps 8 people very comfortably. It is right around the corner from the Resort facilities
making it a convenient walk or drive to enjoy all that Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers.
Our Florida vacation townhouse offers all that vacationers need to make their Florida vacation
memorable and relaxing. To start with, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with pantry. We
have provided small appliances, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans for your use. Across the hallway
from the kitchen is a half-bath. In addition, there is a ground floor master bedroom with a queen size
bed, en-suite bathroom, a large clothes closet, a ceiling fan, a safe, and a 32" Flat Screen HDTV. This
room offers privacy and convenience to those who do not wish to use stairs.
The great room consists of a fully furnished living room and dining area. A highlight in the great room is
the 50" Plasma 1080p HDTV and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Enjoy watching the digital Cable TV channels
along with 130 HD channels. We also have On Demand TV included. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the
queen size couch in the great room opens up into a bed to sleep two additional people allowing 8-10
people to sleep in our vacation home. Also, on the ground floor is a glass slider door that conveniently
opens out to the covered patio area in the backyard where you can sit and relax or cook on our outside
charcoal grill. Our backyard faces the walled-in resort area of the Regal Palms Resort & Spas pool
complex, making it a wonderful place for relaxing in privacy or to enjoy the lush greenery as you watch
vacationers use Regal Palms Resort & Spa pool’s water slide.
The second floor of our Florida vacation home consists of a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a
walk-in closet, a 32" Flat Screen HDTV, a ceiling fan, a safe, and it’s own en-suite bathroom with a
Roman bathtub. Attached to the master bedroom is a glass slider which will lead you out to the private
covered balcony overlooking the resort area where you can sit, have a cocktail or cup of coffee and
enjoy the scenery. Also, on the second floor are two additional bedrooms with two twin size beds in each
room. One twin bedroom has a 19" Mickey Mouse color TV and the other twin bedroom has a 13" Winnie
the Pooh color TV. Each twin bedroom has a ceiling fan. Vacationers who stay in these two rooms will
share the bathroom off the hall. As an added convenience a linen closet with linens is located on the
second floor close to the washer and dryer (a much needed necessity when vacationing).
To make your stay as comfortable, fun, and enjoyable as we could at our Florida vacation home we
purchased a few additional items for use by our vacationers. We truly want to make your stay at our
Florida vacation home at Regal Palms Resort & Spa to be relaxing, fun, and memorable.
We love our Florida home and take great pride in keeping it in good condition by making sure everything
is in proper working order and the paint looks fresh. In 2011 we replaced the A/C system and purchased
two 32" flat screen HDTVs for the master bedrooms, and replaced a bedspread. In 2010 we purchased a
new 50" Plasma TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player for the living room and we installed ceiling fans in the twin
bedrooms so that every bedroom would have one. In 2009 we purchased new bedspreads, linen &
towels, additional DVD players and other items for our home, and we replaced the stackable
washer/dryer with a new large capacity top loading washer and a large capacity clothes dryer. In 2008
we installed FREE WIRELESS INTERNET service in our townhouse for our guests use, we replaced the
mattresses and box springs in every bedroom, and replaced the carpeting in the great room / dining area
with new floor tiles.
