Regal Palms Resort & Spa, a private vacation home, at Highlands Reserve is a walled and
gated community located 2 miles south of the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 192. Regal Palms
Resort & Spa is located behind the Publix Shopping Plaza on Sand Mine Road and Highway 27. It is
adjacent to the well known Highlands Reserve Golf Course making it ideal for those who enjoy the sport
of golf.
Regal Palms Resort & Spa is rated a 3 Diamond AAA/CAA resort, which is the highest rating given for
vacation home rentals. The Guild of Florida Owners (GFO) has given Regal Palms Resort 4-Stars as a
vacation home, which is the highest rating for vacation homes, vacation villas, and vacation resorts in
Central Florida.
Regal Palms Resort & Spa is a private vacation home resort for use by owners and guests only. The
Villa is not open to the general public. The Florida Villa is the perfect choice for families, offering a
variety of activities for every person right onsite! There is a 17,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that has a
restaurant, sports bar with telecasted sports from around the world, and occasional live entertainment.
In the same complex at Regal Palms Resort there is also an Internet Café and a games room that the
kids will enjoy. A second building at Regal Palms Resort & Spa houses the conference center for up to
200 people. The third building houses a fitness center, a health spa and beauty complex.
Right outside the Regal Palms Resaurant and Sports Bar you will find the 2 ½ acre tropical swimming
pool complex offers something for everyone. There are 2 heated pools, a kiddie pool, a waterslide, a
lazy river, and a heated Jacuzzi/spa. There are waterfalls, sun bathing terraces, a center island, and an
outside Tiki Bar. The Villa's restaurant offers terrace service at the poolside patio, where you can enjoy
the Florida Resort atmosphere while sipping a refreshing drink or enjoying your meal. To add to the fun
Regal Palms just added a new children's play area. .
Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers shuttle service to and from the Theme Parks and Attractions. This
service is provided by one of the townhouse owners. Guest Services can give you the information for
this. Disney is minutes away! You can even purchase your park tickets at the clubhouse. Disney World
is only 8 miles away, Sea World 19 miles, and Universal Studios 23 miles.
