2010 Rental Rates

Policies

PAYMENT POLICY:

A reservation deposit of $250.00 (USD) is required at initial booking to guarantee your
accommodations at Regal Palms Resort & Spa and is applied to the last day of your reservation. Until
confirmed, price is subject to change without notice.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the balance still owed on the rental rate (USD) is due 12 weeks
prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied to the balance due.
The final balance of rent (USD) is due in full 8 weeks before arrival date. If reservation is made 8
weeks of arrival date, payment will be required in full.
Credit cards are accepted.
Money Orders and Checks are accepted. Personal checks must be bank or credit union issued with
name and address printed on the check. Temporary personal checks are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS FOR DAILY AND WEEKLY RENTERS:

Cancellations made more than 12 weeks prior to arrival date will incur a $125.00 (USD) cancellation
fee from the $250 deposit. The renter will be refunded a total of $125.00 (USD) as a result of the
cancellation and any additional payments made to the owner for this rental. If the refund is sent
electronically, any fees incurred by PayPal or a bank will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made between 8 to 12 weeks of arrival date that result in a shortened stay, will incur a
$100 (USD) cancellation fee from the $250 deposit. The renter will be refunded a total of $150.00
(USD) as a result of the cancellation and any additional payments made to the owner for this rental. If
the refund is sent electronically, any fees incurred by PayPal or a bank will be deducted from the
refund.
Cancellations made between 6 to 8 weeks of arrival date that result in a shortened stay, will result in a
loss of the $250 (USD) deposit. The renter will be refunded any additional payments made to the
owner for this rental. If the refund is sent electronically, any fees incurred by PayPal or a bank will be
deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival date that result in a shortened stay, will forfeit full
advance payment and security deposit. Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any refund
of rent or deposit unless the above terms are met.

from the $250 deposit. The renter will be refunded a total of $100.00 (USD) as a result of the
cancellation and any additional payments made to the owner for this rental. If the refund is sent
electronically, any fees incurred by PayPal or a bank will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made 8 to 12 weeks of arrival date that result in a shortened stay, will result in a loss of
the $250 (USD) deposit. The renter will be refunded any additional payments made to the owner for
this rental. If the refund is sent electronically, any fees incurred by PayPal or a bank will be deducted
from the refund.
Cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival date that result in a shortened stay, will forfeit full
advance payment and security deposit. Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any refund
of rent or deposit unless the above terms are met.

CHECK-IN TIME 4:00 PM
There is no early check-in.

CHECK-OUT TIME 11:00 AM
You must depart at the appropriate time.

KEYCARDS
Keycards are obtained from the Reception desk at the Clubhouse, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, ALL YEAR. The keycard will be used for access into the townhouse area which have security gates.

NO SMOKING
This is a non-smoking unit. Under NO circumstances is smoking allowed inside our home.

NO PETS
The Home Owners Association does not allow pets in the townhouse or on the premises.

REGAL PALMS RESORT & SPA POLICIES:

The resort is run like any hotel. Check-In is at the Reception desk in the Clubhouse, where you will
be given your keycard(s)s for access through the security gates into the townhouse development.
At check-in, your credit card will be swiped for an imprint for a $250 damage deposit. Once your stay
is over, the property will be checked for damages. There will be no charges made against your credit
card if no damages occur. Please report any damages to the Property Management group.
At check-in, you will be charged a $10 a day resort fee for use of all of the resort facilities.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

NO daily maid service. This is a self-catered unit. Maid service is available through the resort for a
fee.
Rates include the cleaning fee if stays are for 7-nights or longer.
Stays of 6 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $30.
Stays of 5 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $40.
Stays of 4 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $50.
Stays of 3 nights will incur a cleaning fee of $60.
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates include the Florida tax of 12%.
Rates do not include the additional $10 a day Resort Fee Regal Palms charges per townhouse for
use of the Resort Facilities. This charge is separate and paid at check-in.
