
How do I book a reservation with you?
Please go to REGAL PALMS RESORT & SPA RESERVATIONS and follow the instructions. You cannot
call Regal Palms Resort & Spa to book my Florida vacation home because all of the Regal Palm Resort
vacation townhouses are privately owned. You will need to contact me directly to start the process of
reserving your Florida vacation. To make the process of reserving your Florida vacation at Regal Palms
Resort & Spa for Townhouse #308, I ask that you first check the booking calendar in the AVAILABILITY
CALENDAR to see if the townhouse is available during the time you wish to rent. You will then need to
contact me by email, info@floridadisneyrental.com or by telephone at (Cell) 1-603-203-5665 or
(Home) 1-603-935-8801 to confirm availability and prices. Please supply me with your name, address,
telephone number, email address, and the dates you are interested in renting our vacation home at
Regal Palms Resort & Spa. If you are flexible in your stay, you can supply me with any additional
information so that I can assist you in booking your vacation. I will get back to you as soon as I can to
confirm availability. Upon agreement of the rental, I will send you a billing through PayPal for your deposit
and the final instructions for reserving your Florida vacation with me. When deposit is paid, I will send
you a confirmation and further instructions. Please NOTE: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
How much is the deposit to secure the dates for our vacation at Regal Palms Resort & Spa?
A $250 (USD) deposit is required to confirm your requested dates and rental rate. You can use check or
credit card for your method of payment. If you wish to send your payment in by mail, you must pay in US
Currency and it must be received within 5 business days of confirmation. Please refer to Rates and
Policies for additional information.
What is supplied at the Regal Palms Resort & Spa Townhouse and what will I need to supply for
myself?
You will be provided with your bedding (pillows, sheets and blankets), bath towels, hand towels and wash
cloths. Dishes, drinking glasses, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, and small appliances are also
included. Each bathroom will have a new roll of toilet paper and a small tablet bar of soap. Since this is a
self-catered rental, there is no maid service included, although maid service is available for a fee from the
Resort. You will need to supply your own food and drinks, personal items (shampoo, soap, etc.), facial
tissues, extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher powder, laundry detergent, and any other cleaning
supplies you wish to use. You will also want to buy paper coffee filters for the coffee maker (basket type
for 8-12 cups).
Are all of Regal Palms Resort & Spa Townhomes alike?
No. Our Regal Palms Resort & Spa Townhouse is the largest style unit and (1,856 sq. ft.) and we are an
end unit with our backyard facing the walled Resort pool area. We have provided two outside chairs for
the balcony so you can enjoy watching the Resort pool view. We have 5 color TVs in the vacation
townhouse---one in each bedroom and one in the great room. Every bedroom has it's own AM/FM alarm
clock. The bathrooms have bath rugs for the floor so that you don't have to use an extra towel when
getting out of the tub. We have provided extra items for the kitchen, such as extra cooking utensils and a
coffee grinder. We also have 4 DVD players for your use.
How is Regal Palms Resort & Spa rated as a Florida vacation home?
Regal Palms Resort & Spa has been awarded the AAA/CAA Approved status and a Three Diamond
Rating. This is the highest rating achievable for the Vacation Home product. Regal Palms Resort & Spa
has also been given the Four Star rating by the Guild of Florida Owners (GFO), an independent
organization created in August 2002. This rating is based on the quality and facilities offered in the
vacation home rental market.
What time can I check-In?
Our Florida vacation home has to be thoroughly cleaned and made ready for your arrival, requiring
check-in time to be anytime after 4 p.m. If you arrive late at night there is no problem since Regal Palms
Resort & Spa's Reception Desk is open 24 hours a day. You will find the staff very friendly and
accommodating to your needs. If you arrive earlier than 4 pm, you are welcome to use Regal Palms
resort's pool facilities while waiting for your unit to be readied for your stay. Or, if you would rather drive
around to see the sights, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the front desk and pick it up when
you return.
What time do I have to check-Out?
Check-Out time is 11 a.m.
Will I have to pay a security deposit when I check-in?
Regal Palms Resort & Spa is run like a hotel so you will be required to fill out a registration form and
supply a credit card for a $250 security deposit. Your card is only swiped for authorization. The $250
hold on your card will be released within 24 hours after management has inspected the unit for damages.
Will I have to pay the $10 a day Resort Fee?
Upon check-in, Regal Palms Resort & Spa charges a $10 a day plus tax Resort Fee for use of all of the
resort facilities. Besides access to the pool area, the fee includes the gym, sauna, steam room, and
beach towels for pool area. This fee is charged to your townhouse reservation and is not a per person
charge. Whether you have two people in your party or ten people in your party, there will only be a $10 a
day charge.
Where do I pick up the keys for the Florida vacation townhouse #308?
When you register at Regal Palms Resort & Spa's Reception Desk, you will be given a key-card to be
used for access through the security gates. At the end of your stay, you will return them to the Regal
Palms Resort & Spa's Reception Desk when you check-out. Our house has a coded keyless lock entry
system and I will provide you with your access code before your arrival at the resort.
Can I make long-distance telephone calls from the Florida vacation home?
Local calls and 1-800 number calls are free of charge. You will need to use a Phone Card for making
any long-distance calls from our Florida Vacation home. They can be purchased at any grocery store,
convenience store, or Wal-Mart. Incoming calls are all free so your family and friends are welcome to call
you at no charge to you. No collect phone calls are allowed.
Can I smoke inside the townhouse?
The Florida vacation townhouse is a NON SMOKING rental unit. Ashtrays have been provided for you to
smoke outside the unit. Please make sure that all doors and windows are closed so that no smoke enters
the townhouse.
Is there a safe inside the townhouse for my use?
Yes, there is a floor safe in each of the master bedrooms. Tthere are instructions on the safe how to
create your own security code.
Can I bring my pet with me on my Florida vacation to Regal Palms?
No pets allowed. I am an animal lover, too, and I have to find alternate lodgings for my pet when I come
down to the resort. Fido will not be able to join you on your vacation at Regal Palms Resort & Spa. My
own family and other renters have allergies and I must consider their needs while they are residing at my
home.
Can I use a barbecue grill to cook outside the Florida vacation townhouse?
Due to Polk County Fire Codes, gas grills are not allowed at Regal Palms townhouses. But, we are
allowed to have a charcoal grill which has been provided for your use along with the cooking utensils.
Do I need to supply my own towels for the resort pool?
No, towels are provided for your use at the pool entrance. Towels are free but you will need to return
them to the designated towel drop-off bin.
Where do I get a tube for floating on the Lazy River?
You can purchase a tube for around $10 at the resort's Regal Marketplace. Or, go to Publix or Wal-Mart
to purchase them.
Can I bring my own floats into the pool?
Yes. You can purchase them at a store, such as Wal-Mart.
Is there a shallow area in the pool for babies and toddlers?
Yes, there is a “kiddie pool” area that is perfect for them. It has a zero degree depth entry and it slowly
deepens to a one foot depth. Plus, the Resort pool waters are heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit so the
little ones will be very comfortable as they splash in the water.
What time does the pool close at night.
The pool is open 7 days a week from 8:30 am until 11:30 pm.
What is there to do to keep the kids amused while at the resort?
There is the resort pool, the water slide, the lazy river, a games room (tokens for machine use may be
purchased in the games room), and an internet café (current hourly fee for the internet is $15). The
townhouse has Cable TV, and a DVD/CD/VHS player.
How does the shuttle service work at Regal Palms Resort & Spa?
Regal Palms currently does not handle the shuttle service back and forth to the theme parks but will
provide you the information of an owner who does this service for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk.
